Healthy Living Starts Today.

Work out Plan

Here we will work with setting you up with a weekly workout plan that will fit your schedule. We will focus on stretching, strength training and my personal favorite Cardio; Don't worry,  we will make it fun and easy for you to follow. Have a race goal? We will put together a training plan.. Looking   to be healthy and active? We will set a plan and routine in place for you That will fit your schedule. I have something for everyone looking to get moving and make a change to living healthy.

Meal Plans

Cooking and eating should be enjoyed. Remember Food is Fuel.

I will help you with your weekly meal plan. Together we will set up delicious easy healthy recipes. Before you know it, you will be excited to get in the kitchen and it will be part of your daily routine. Cooking should not feel like a chore or something that is impossible to do. You don't have to be a chef to make great meals. 

Fitness Challenges

Who doesn't love a good challenge to reach daily or weekly? From getting your steps in, weekly mileage, or consecutive days of being active.
Let's make it fun and exciting!

Healthy Mindset

Your mindset plays a crucial role in your overall well-being. I will help you develop a positive and growth-oriented mindset that supports your health goals. Self-Care. Self-belief and talking positive to yourself is a huge part in Healthy Living. 

Sleep Better

Sleep is essential for your health. I know this can be tricky due to life, work and all else in between but we know sleep is important.  I will help you with making a healthy routine to help you get the sleep and rest you need.   

Support

This is a big one for me. I know how important from experience support is. My hope is that you have a great support system from family, friends, and coworkers. I will also be your support fully and someone you can count on to hold you accountable in making choices that are healthy, positive and will lead you in the right direction. I want to encourage you and get you excited to leading a full healthy life however that may look for you. 

Menu / Price List

4 Week Plan $200

Weekly workout schedules to meet your schedule; 2 one on one meet ups (video calls can be made as well if you are out of town; 4 dinner plans I will send you recipe, photo, and grocery list (we can also do other meals too if you would like that option; daily text/ messages to hold you accountable

Prep Meals as an add on or stand alone: $30-50

This can be an add to your plan or priced on its own. 

Not feeling like the best cook,  or not sure what to make no worries, I will prepare your meals for you. Easy, satisfying and fresh. Want me to cook with you?  I will make arrangements to go to you and together we will make healthy meals for you to get more confident with not only your cooking skills but in the kitchen.

My approach:

Whether you are looking to run your first race, want to start making changes towards a healthier way of living, and change your lifestyle, wanting to start working out but  you don't  quite  know how to start, changing your eating habits, feeling you need to make a full Healthy lifestyle change or maybe all the above. I know making a change can be hard.

We will set a plan to make small  goals and watch them turn into beautiful results.

Your health journey should be fun, satisfying, rewarding and enjoyable. Get away from the quick fix methods, "dieting", trends that are just not healthy or satisfying. 

 I want to help and guide you to appreciate the healing, workouts, cooking, and growth. We will make it fun and exciting. It is not or shouldn't be a chore or something you have to do, but something you want to do and look forward to doing.  Remember it is all about living and feeling your best and living healthy 


Doing it together and going through your health journey together is important to me.
